Today I attended the College of Engineering planning meeting for the Multi-Cultural Engineering Recruitment for Graduate Education (MERGE) event.  The MERGE program invites students to visit campus for an all-expense-paid, in-depth view of the programs and facilities in engineering at the University of Illinois.  This is an annual event and one that we look forward to every year.  This year they have made some adjustments and additions to the schedule of events, and it looks to be more exciting than ever!

If you are interested in graduate school in engineering at Illinois, I recommend that you apply to this program!  It's a great opportunity to visit the campus and department.  You can find more information and eligibility criteria at this link.  The application deadline is September 16th - apply today!

MechSE, together with the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois, is committed to the principle that a diverse community enhances our living, learning, and working environment.
