Anderson named engineering VP at Ameda

MechSE alumnus Bill Anderson (BSME ’86) has joined Ameda as vice president of engineering.

Anderson started his career with Baxter, spending 17 years in various engineering and product development positions before joining Excelsior as vice president of business development and new products. In this role, he was tasked with building a team from scratch and redesigning the syringe technology platform, both of which he did successfully. Anderson last served as vice president of business development, International & Pump Division, before helping to sell the business to Medline and ICU Medical.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois, he earned an MBA, Strategy and New Products, from Northwestern University.
