Prof. Bullard Elevated to ASHRAE Fellow

Prof. Clark BullardProf. Clark Bullard was elevated to the grade of Fellow at the 2002 Winter Meeting of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) in January. Bullard was the founding director of the University of Illinois Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Center (ACRC) in 1989, retiring as director in 2001.
