With more than two decades of experience, serving technology companies in service, product, sales and marketing functions, as well as building Customer Success services in companies ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500s, Walters brings a wealth of knowledge and industry know-how that will help accelerate and optimize the customer success team at TraceGains. At the core of Walters’ professional acumen stands authentic dedication and passion for helping customers.
