Professor Harley JohnsonMechSE professor Harley Johnson is honored with the Xerox Award for Faculty Research for the accomplishments of his micro- and nanomechanics of electronic materials, mechanics of nanostructures, materials behavior in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and the mechanics of photonic materials in the last five years.

MechSE professor Harley Johnson is honored with the Xerox Award for Faculty Research for the accomplishments of his micro- and nanomechanics of electronic materials, mechanics of nanostructures, materials behavior in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and the mechanics of photonic materials in the last five years. He also leads the Nano-Electro-Opto Mechanics Group with the goal to simulate real systems to help design and interpret experiments.
